Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate
Description: Many miles of hard pack soil, with a few areas of soft sand. It is pretty flat, but has some technical areas and a lot of switch backs. The trails are marked beginner through expert. Also, rthere are a large number of tree roots.
Directions: From I-95 exit Jacksonville Beaches/Atlantic Blvd. Go east on Atlantic Blvd until you reach Mayport Rd (about 20-30 minutes). Take a left (north) on Mayport Rd and travel 5 miles north and you will see signs for the park.
Fees: $1 per person 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., then $3 per car 10 a.m. to close.
